Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for sweatshirts, shirts, and phone cases within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged due to improper use or care.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at topographicshq@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return Request – [Order Number]".

2. Provide a brief explanation of your return request along with any relevant photos.

3. Our team will respond within 3-5 business days with further instructions.

4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
